“I am not used to writing reviews but for this husband and wife team I am making an exception. I first contacted them at the beginning of Nov just before they started their holiday. I had seen their page and decided to investigate them as it seemed they were good. They are based in the United States and I required a pen and pencil set suitable for my partner who suffers from arthritis in her hands and needs a wider than normal pen and pencil after lengthy chats through Facebook Messenger, I soon realised that they seemed like nice people that I could trust. They agreed that they could come up with a personalised design to my liking at a reasonable cost and also a favourable time scale. Upon returning from their holiday on the 15th Nov they again contacted me. After much back and forth we agreed on a design based on cats (my partner loves cats) that my partner would like and that all products used in the making, presentation and packaging of the set would be totally vegan friendly. Today the 26th of Nov the completed set arrived at our home in the UK, less than 4 weeks from our first contact. They kept me updated at all times about the product they were making (lots of photos) and the time scale it would take. They also forwarded tracking details so that I could see where the product was at all times. Today the set arrived and it was beyond expectations. The product, packaging, and the presentation case are first class, the customer service was above and beyond. The time scale was unbelievable and I have no hesitation in giving them top marks for everything and would recommend them to everyone. Well done!
